A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Our services are affordable, available, and accessible. Our fees vary according to service provided. A reduced fee schedule is available to those who qualify. We accept many insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, credit cards, checks, and cash. Services will be delivered on the basis of need and without regard to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
